How To Boot And Install 7 From USB Flash Drive



If you want to Install OS in your system, but do not want to into a , here is how you can crte aboot-ableUSB drive(PENDRIVE) to install 7 on your system.
Format USB Flash Drive to NTFS Format


For 7:Open your Explorer, you should see the USB storage drive in the Device With Removable Storage. Right click and selectFormat. SelectNTFSfrom the drop down bar. ClickStart.


On the Start menu, navigate to the command prompt entry. Right-click and selectRun as administrator.
Crting bootable USB flash driveif u have 7/XP ISO(32-bit/64-bit) file mns Extract the files to a folder using power ISO or Magic software.


(you can name the folder any name you want, but for illustration purpose, I name itwin7) in your desktop.
In your command prompt, to the 7 folder.
change directory to the F: then /win7 (Change the destination to the folder that you have extracted)
boot
bootsect /nt60 L: (L is the drive latter of your USB drive )


Now, copy all the files from the Win7 folder to the USB flash drive.Reboot the computer. Remember to change the first boot device to your USB drive in the BIOS.You should be able to install 7 from your USB flash drive now.using that flash drive you can install more than one system. so avoid using SAVE MONEY....
For XP,:(For Win XP only. in your , go toControl panel -> system -> hardware -> Device manager.Under the drivessection, right click on the USB storage drive and selectProperties.

Go to thePoliciestab, select optimize for performance. Click OK.
Open your Explorer, you should see the USB storage drive in the inventory. Right click and selectFormat. SelectNTFSfrom the drop down bar. ClickStart.


Alrdy having 7/XP iso () file mns , Extract the files to your desktop.Open a command prompt (Start –> Program –> Accessories –> Command Prompt).**for example i use the file name as MBRWiz2.o/ (you can name the folder any name you want) Desktop/MBRWiz2.0/
MBRWiz /listRecord the USB flash drive
