Tools v1.3 - Conversion Tools

Tools is free mass resizer, converter, cropper, fliper/rotater, watermarker, decolorizer (grayscale and negative) and optimizer written in C#. BMP, GIF, TIFF, JPEG and PNG.

Tools programm also can calculate color histogramm, which can be used (later) for checking s for uniqueness. This Programm is absolutely free for use and can be redistributed.
