For s621 and s710 ( Excalibur )(Dash)( Vox )



Hard Reset For 3G ( Jade )
To perform a hard reset
1. Pull out the stylus.
2. With the device turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons "aka the center button" , then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Relse the RESET button, but continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons until you see this message on the screen:
This operation will delete all your personal data and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press Volume Up to reset to manufacturer default, or press other to cancel.
4. Relse the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset. 5. After restore completed press VOLUME UP again to restart the device.





For S620 :
Plse follow steps similar to above but include the below:
WARNING - Only do this if your phone is completely frozen as you will loose all of your personal settings (but not your simcard data or contacts if you have stored them here)Make sure you remove the battery and your sim.Hold down the 2 with ( - ) on them whilst you insert the battery (you may need someone to help you to do this). You must still have the two ( - ) pressed down.Then push the power button for 4 to 5 seconds and relse - still keeping the ( - ) buttons pressed. It should then launch the logo, then a black screen giving you the option to factory reset all of the software to default settings. You need to press the green phone symbol on the top left of the pad to confirm that you want to do this.It should then launch a series of screens ....that you will not have seen before. You should lve it to configure and restart itself....normally within 2 minutes. It should then launch the Green Mobile screen and then ask for your sim card. Switch the phone off, insert your sim and switch the phone back on.YOU SHOULD NOW BE FULLY OPERATIONAL!! :-)

For TyNT / TyNT II ( Tilt ,Kaiser, Hermes )

To perform a hard reset
1. Depress two soft and hold ( see photo )
2. While depressing soft , insert tip of stylus into hole above and to the right of the charger/usb port.
3. Push stylus in and hold, until lights blink and message apprs on white screen , telling you you are about to delete all your data.
4. Follow screen instructions.



For Diamond

To perform a hard reset
1. Pull out the stylus.
2. With the device turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons "aka the center button" , then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Relse the RESET button, but continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons until you see this message on the screen:
4. Relse the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
5. And Remember ,This operation will delete all your personal data and reset all settings to manufacturer default.
Press VolUp to reset to manufacturer default, or press other to cancel.

For Tornado (Cingular 2125)
To perform a hard reset
1. Depress and hold two soft under display screen
2. While holding down two soft , press side power button for a second.
3. After several seconds, the screen will display prompts telling you to press " 0 " to proceed with Hard Reset.



For the Google G1 ( Drm)
To perform a hard reset
1. Turn the G1 off. If it’s frozen on, take the battery out and put it back in the unit.
2. Hold the Home and Power down at same time for about 25 seconds. You will see a yellow triangle screen with exclamation point in the middle. Now to wipe the device cln:
3. Press Alt+L. 4. Press Alt+W for a factory reset. 5. Press the Home and Back again for about 25 seconds. The device should then reset again and the hard reset is complete.


For the Touch Cruise ( Iolite )
To perform a hard reset:
1. Power off your device.
2. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER (circular one) buttons, and then press the POWER button (warning message apprs).
3. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.


For the Touch (Vogue, Elf)

To perform a soft reset
All you need to do is push the reset button with the stylus on the bottom of the deviceTo perform a hard reset
Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until you see the following message on the screen: This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press the Action button to restore manufacturer default, or press other to cancel.



For the Touch Dual

To perform a hard reset
1. Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the left side of your device.
2. Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until warning screen
3. Relse the TALK and END buttons, and then press ENTER on your device.




For the Touch P3600 (Trinity)

To perform a hard reset
1.Press and hold the Left SOFT and the Right SOFT , and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom center part of your device.

2.Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the two soft buttons. Relse them only when you see the following message on your device screen: “Press SEND to restore factory default, press END to quit.“

3.Press on your device.





For the Vox (Vodafone VDA V,Vodafone v1415,Dopod C500, Orange SPV E650, S710 / S711)

To perform a hard reset
Turn off your phone, then press both *SOFT * and *POWER ON* device. After moment relse both soft . On the black screen asking for confirmation press *GREEN PHONE BUTTON* and wait couple minutes



For the Artemis (Orange M650, P3301, Dopod P800, O2 XDA Orbit, Dopod P800W, T-Mobile MDA Compact III, P3300)
To perform a hard reset
1.Press and hold the Left SOFT and the Right SOFT , and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the lower left side of your device.

2.Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the two soft buttons. Relse them only when you see the following message on your device screen: “Press Send to restore manufacturer default, or press other to cancel.“

3.Press on your device. Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Plse ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.





For the Athena (O2 XDA Flint, T-Mobile Ameo 16GB, Advantage X7510, Advantage X7501, T-Mobile MDA Ameo, Dopod U1000, Advantage X7500)

To perform a hard reset
1. Slide the Volume slider down and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the back of your device.
2. After a brief period of time, two choices will appr on-screen. Press the CENTER OK button to perform the hard reset.
Note If you do not want to perform a hard reset, press the CAMERA button to exit.
3. Press the POWER button.


For the Libra (Verizon SMT5800 / XV5800, Bell 5800, 5800, S720)
To perform a hard reset
1.Turn you phone off.
2.Press and hold the two softmeny buttons (those 2 placed to the left and right direct under the display) while you press on/off button for about 0.5 seconds. 3.Make sure you still have the soft buttons pressed when relse the on/off button.
4.After a few seconds a text will appr in the display telling you to press "0" (zero) to make an hard reset.


For the e ( P3401, P3400, Dopod D600)

To perform a hard reset
1. Press and hold the left SOFT and the right SOFT , and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button.
2. Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the two SOFT s until you see the following message on the screen:
3. Relse the two SOFT s, and then press the TALK (Send) button on your device.




For the Cavalier (SoftBank X02HT, S630, Dopod C730)

To perform a hard reset
1.Take out battery
2.Put it back in
3.Press and hold down the two buttons (soft buttons) above the call and end call buttons
4.Then press power switch to switch on
5.A msg will prompt u to press r for full reset.

For the Panda (Dopod E616 | P6300 | O2 XDA Argon)
To perform a hard reset
1. Press and hold both the left SOFT and the right SOFT , and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
2. Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the two SOFT s until you see instructions on the screen.
3. Relse the two SOFT s, and then press the TALK (Green) button on your device if you would like to continue the hard reset.

For the Herald ( P4351, T-Mobile Wing US, O2 XDA Terra, Vodafone VPA Compact IV, P4350, Dopod C800 / C858)

To perform a hard reset
1.Press and hold the left SOFT and the right SOFT , and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the middle left side of your device.
2.Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the two SOFT s until you see the following message on the screen: This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press Send to restore manufacturer default, or press other to cancel.
3.Relse the two SOFT s, and then press the button on your device. Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Plse ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.



For the Quartz ( MAX 4G T8290)

To perform a hard reset
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see this message on the screen:
3. Relse the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
4. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.


For the Excalibur ( S620, Orange SPV E600, T-Mobile MDA Mail, Dopod C720W, O2 XDA Cosmo, T-Mobile Dash, S620)

To perform a hard reset
1.PRESS AND HOLD BOTH SOFT .
2. WHILE HOLDING DOWN SOFT , PRESS AND RELSE THE POWER BUTTON, WAIT 3-5 SEC. (PHONE SHOULD POWER ITSELF ON BY DOING THIS)


For the Pharos ( P3470)

To perform a hard reset
1.Remove the back cover.
2.Press and hold the SOFT , then use the stylus to press the RESET button, loed below the battery compartment.
3.Relse the RESET button, but continue pressing the SOFT until you see this message on the screen.
4.Relse the SOFT , then press TALK/SEND to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.




For the Love ( P3350)

To perform a hard reset
1.Press and hold the Left SOFT and the Right SOFT , and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the lower left side of your device.
2.Relse the stylus, but continue pressing the two soft buttons. Relse them only when you see the following message on your device screen: “Press Send to restore manufacturer default, or press other to cancel.“
3.Press on your device. Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Plse ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.




For the Titan (Verizon XV6800 | Bell 6800 | Sprint Mogul PPC-6800 | P4000)

To perform a hard reset
1.Press and hold the left soft and the right soft simultaneously.
2.While holding the left and right soft , use the stylus to tly press and relse the reset button.
3.When prompted, press the R on the QWERTY pad to reset the device.
4.When prompted, press Space on the QWERTY pad to restart the device.








For the Oxy ( S310)

To perform a hard reset
1.When the mobile is off, push simultaneously both appliions buttons and power button, then relse power button but not the both appliions buttons. Follow screen's instructions


For the Monet ( S320 | Lobster 700 )

To perform a hard reset
1. Press and hold soft1 and soft2 (i.e. menu ).
2. Press and hold power button for around 1 to 1.5 seconds. Relse power button. Keep holding both soft .
3. After a while, black screen should show instructions asking user to press '0' to reset to factory default.
4. Press '0' within the timeout period (which is very brief).
5. If instructions don't appr on the screen, rept steps 1 to 4.


For the Breeze (Orange SPV C700, I-Mate SP JAS, Swisscom XPA v1405, Dopod 595, MTeoR, Qtek 8600)

To perform a hard reset
1. Relse the battery and attached again to unit.
2. Hold two soft together, then press power button till the display shows the restore screen
3. Press 0 to restore
4. Press 5 to boot
5. Device will reboot.


For the Iris 100 ( S640)

To perform a hard reset
1. Turn on the unit
2. Press and hold the two soft and at the same time power down while holding the soft .
3. It will then ask you if you want to restore it.


For the Polaris ( Touch Find, Dopod P860, O2 XDA Orbit 2, Touch Cruise P3650)

To perform a hard reset
1. Press and hold the GPS/MESSAGING and INTERNET EXPLORER buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
2. Relse the RESET button, but continue pressing the GPS/MESSAGING and INTERNET EXPLORER buttons


For the Rhodium (AT&T Tilt 2 T7377, Rhodium 300, Verizon Touch Pro2 XV6875, Sprint Touch Pro2 , T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 US / Wing II, T-Mobile MDA Vario V, Touch Pro2 MA, Touch Pro2 T7373)

To perform a hard reset
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the TALK/SEND, END and POWER buttons until you see the warning screen.
2. Relse the TALK/SEND, END and POWER buttons.
3. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset Hard Reset


For the Topaz (Dopod Touch Diamond 2, T-Mobile MDA Compact V, O2 Xda Diamond 2 , Touch Diamond2 T5353)

To perform a hard reset
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see warning/instruction screen.
3. Relse the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
4. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.




For the Maple ( S522, T-Mobile Dash 3G, Snap S521)

To perform a hard reset
1. Remove the battery from the device to power the Dash 3G off.
2. Reinsert the battery, DO NOT power back on.
3. Press and hold the Volume Up button.
4. While continuing to hold Volume Up, press and hold the (red) Power/End button.
5. A multi-color screen (boot loader) will appr, continue to hold both .
6. The reset screen will appr (a grey screen with blue text).
7. Press Send to reset, then Send again when prompted to reboot the phone.
8. The device will reset and boot to the home screen.


For the Willow ( Snap MA, Sprint Snap S511)

I think this is right PM me (talontsi07) if you can confirm this :)
To perform a hard reset
1. Remove the battery from the device to power the Dash 3G off.
2. Reinsert the battery, DO NOT power back on.
3. Press and hold the Volume Up button.
4. While continuing to hold Volume Up, press and hold the (red) Power/End button.

For the Hero (Sprint Hero, Hero US, T-Mobile G2 Touch, Hero)

To perform a hard reset
1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME and BACK buttons, and then briefly press the END CALL/POWER button. The reset process will start after a few seconds.
2. Wait for the phone to finish the reset process and then press MENU.




For the Axim ( x50 basic, x50 advance, x50v, x51, and x51v)

The rson's I (talontsi07) am adding this is...One of the best PDA's ever made, Just found out its actually made by , and i own one :)
To perform a hard reset
1. Press the Power button to turn the Axim unit On.
2. Press and hold the Power button down while using the Axim stylus to press the Reset button at the same time.
3. Relse the Power button and the Reset button. The To clr all data in the memory screen apprs.
4. Press the Contacts button on the Axim to delete all of the data in the memory of the Axim handheld.
5. Press the Mail button on the Axim to cancel the operation without losing data.




For the Blackstone (Dopod Touch HD, Touch HD T8282)

To perform a hard reset
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see the reset screen.
3. Relse the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
4. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.




For the SE Venus ( Xperia X1a | Xperia X1 / X1i / X1c)

To perform a hard reset
1. While the phone is off -hold down the front left and right buttons on the X1 and insert your stylus into the soft reset hole all at the same time.
2. After i did this i was presented with a blue screen that told me to press R to reset and delete all my existing stuff. Then i had to callibrate the stylus and the same stuff the day you got it.




For the Neon ( Touch Dual P5310, Touch Dual 850, Touch Dual US)

To perform a hard reset
1. remove the battery cover.
2. observe that by the USB port, there is a small indentation. This is the reset switch access.
3. Keep the slider closed.
4. power the phone on.
5. press the “talk” and “end” buttons; while holding them down, use the stylus to probe into the reset switch hole at a 45 degree angle to the major axis of the phone.
6. when you get to the “press enter to reset the phone” page, press the center dpad.


For the Raphael (Dopod Touch Pro, SoftBank X05HT Touch Pro, NTT DoCoMo PRO series HT-01A, Verizon Touch Pro XV6850, O2 Xda Diamond Pro / Xda Serra, AT&T Fuze, Sprint Touch Pro, T-Mobile MDA Vario IV, Touch Pro T7272)
